Psychologist
Latasha Woods, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist. She earned her doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Woods completed her pre-doctoral internship at Marcus Autism Center and her post-doctoral fellowship at the Duke Center for Autism and Brain Development, during which she served on the clinical assessment and research teams.
As a part of the assessment and diagnosis team at Marcus Autism Center, Dr. Woods specializes in conducting diagnostic assessments with children, adolescents and young adults, and providing evidence-based treatment to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Dr. Woods is a certified Research Units in Behavioral Intervention (RUBI) therapist with the RUBI Autism Network. Prior to entering clinical practice, Dr. Woods spent more than a decade serving children and families in schools as a certified school psychologist and classroom teacher.
