Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Shaneeria Persaud, MA, BCBA, received her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of South Florida (USF) and her master’s in exceptional student education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis from the University of West Florida (UWF). Her service areas expand from providing services in the home, school, community, and clinical setting. She has worked to help those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other related disabilities to reduce maladaptive behavior, while increasing functional communication, and appropriate social skills. She has also worked alongside caregivers, teachers, and technicians to generalize these skills in their most applicable setting. In addition to working alongside clients and their stakeholders, Shaneeria is passionate in walking alongside those who are pursuing their certification to ensure that they are compassionate, ethical, and competent practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, motivating others, and cooking.
