Why Children’s Needs Your Support Year-Round

With ongoing support from our community members, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is able to manage more than 1 million patient visits each year, serving children from all 159 counties in Georgia. Yet as we look to the future, we see that the demand for pediatric specialty care is growing. And we know we must expand to meet the complex healthcare needs of the patients and families of tomorrow. Every donation we receive helps advance our efforts to discover breakthrough cures, develop lifesaving treatments and provide the comprehensive care kids deserve.

MAKE AN ANNUAL GIFT

The Hope and Will Leadership Program, named for our iconic mascots, is composed of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s individual annual donors who give $1,000 or more. Members enjoy unique opportunities to engage with Children’s and participate in a variety of events and educational opportunities, such as our Spring Classic Baseball Game or “What’s Up Doc?,” an interactive, hands-on learning series.

Georgia families know they are in good hands when they see Hope and Will. Thank you for helping us provide specialized healthcare to kids for generations to come.

Your gift and leadership will have a powerful, positive impact on children and families in Georgia. Your donation allows us to go above and beyond to support kids and families inside our hospitals and out in the community. Because of your support, we can offer our patients:

  • Visits from our facility dogs, who offer comfort and companionship.
  • A chance to create, sing, play or listen to music with our music therapists.
  • Fun times at camp with other kids who share the same unique medical needs.
  • Special on-site instruction as well as accommodations at school that allow kids to stay on track with their studies.

These are just some of the programs and services that wouldn’t be possible without your gift. We hope you’ll consider becoming an annual supporter and helping us do even more to give kids the comprehensive care they deserve.

  • Provide specialized pediatric care: You’ll help expand our capabilities and resources so we can provide even better options and continue to deliver kid-friendly care.
  • Further innovations in science and research: You’ll help support new, forward-thinking research that makes tomorrow’s treatments even more effective than today’s.
  • Train the next generation of doctors and nurses: You’ll help offer incoming doctors and nurses the training they need to stay at the forefront of medical treatments, research and cures.

By joining one of these annual fund societies, you are investing in the future of Georgia's kids.
