Teen Retreat
Teen Retreat
Held at Camp Twin Lakes in Winder, Georgia, this overnight weekend getaway is for teens and young adults, ages 13 to 20, who receive dialysis, have received an organ transplant, or have congenital or acquired heart defects.
The weekend retreat will consist of:
- Fun camp activities such as a bonfire and s'mores, arts and crafts, archery, fishing, biking, boating and more
- Team building activities such as the high ropes course, a team challenge course, zipline and climbing tower
- Interactive and informative sessions that help teens learn and prepare for the transition to adulthood
Made possible through the generous support of our donors, Teen Retreat is offered at no cost to our campers. Our camps rely on donor support and every dollar counts.
We reserve space on a first-come basis. Campers must be up-to-date with all current labs and clinic visits to be eligible to attend. The medical team will review all applications before granting final approval.
